Thank you for purchasing our products through aichatapp.ai (“Product”) provided by Palatine Global Capital LLC (“Company”).
The Company offers refunds for purchases made directly on www.aichatapp.ai (“Website”), provided the terms outlined in this Refund Policy are met, in addition to any rights granted by applicable law.
I. SUBSCRIPTION
The Company provides www.aichatapp.ai (“Website”) as a free service with basic features, including access to the browser version of the AI Chat application. Paid subscriptions are required to unlock unlimited features. The Website provides a complete list of features and pricing. All prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary in other countries. Subscriptions renew automatically within 24 hours before the current term ends. See Section IV. CANCELLATION for details on how to cancel.
II. FREE TIER
New users can try the free tier for their first message requests. Continued use requires selecting a paid subscription.
III. PAYMENT METHODS
Subscriptions can be purchased using a debit or credit card. Payment will be charged to the method provided at checkout, and you authorize the Company to process the applicable fees for your subscription.
IV. CANCELLATION
Canceling disables automatic renewal but retains access to subscription features until the current term ends.
You can manage subscriptions by contacting support@aichatapp.ai to cancel. To avoid renewal charges, cancel at least 72 hours before your next billing cycle. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
V. REFUNDS
In addition to any refund rights available under applicable laws, you are eligible for a refund if you meet the criteria below.

Request your refund within 30 days of purchase and before your subscription expires.
How to Apply
You can request a refund by either submitting our online support form or emailing support@aichatapp.ai from the same address you used to make your purchase, including:
- Your Order Number (from your confirmation email)
- A brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund
We will review your request and notify you by email within 72 hours of receipt.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 days of approval.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Refund requests made over 30 days after the purchase
- Subscriptions already expired
- Subscription renewals or subsequent billing cycles
- There is reasonable evidence suggesting fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Change of mind
- Disliking the product without evidence of technical issues that prevent its use
We are dedicated to providing the highest quality product on the market. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we value your feedback as it helps us to continually enhance our offerings.ve refund option (e.g., a free trial) be offered at checkout, it will supersede this Refund Policy, and customers opting for that alternative will not be eligible for refunds hereunder.
VI. CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback or reversing a payment may result in immediate account suspension or termination. The Company reserves the right to dispute chargebacks by providing evidence of authorized payments.
VII. POLICY CHANGES
The Company may amend subscription plans or refund policies at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the Website or sent via email. Users may cancel their subscription if they do not agree to new terms before changes take effect.
